- Training Gear Fee: The mandatory one-off training gear fee of $49 (exclusive of GST), which includes a PRLA training shirt and visor, will be automatically deducted with the first membership payment on Friday, 15th August 2025 for those paying via direct debit. For members who choose to pay in full upfront, the fee is included in the total amount. Registrations completed through direct debit after this date will have the training gear fee added to their first payment.

Friday January 9th 2026 - Refund/Cancellation Policy: Refunds or cancellations will only be considered in the event of a medically certified injury that renders the player unable to participate in academy sessions. All requests must be submitted in writing, accompanied by appropriate medical documentation, and include a completed and signed exit form for review and approval. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any other circumstances.
- Payment Policy: All payments for registered players must be made on time. In the event of a failed payment, the contact person for the player will be notified and provided a reasonable timeframe to resolve the payment. If a second payment is missed, a formal written notice will be issued. Failure to resolve payments after a third occurrence will result in the player's removal from the academy, with their spot offered to a player on the waiting list.
- Attendance Policy: All players are expected to attend every session. In the event of an absence, the player or parent must notify the academy administration. Persistent attendance issues may result in the player’s removal from the academy, following prior warnings and written notice.
