• Refund/Cancellation Policy: Refunds and cancellations will only be considered if a player sustains a medically certified injury that prevents participation in academy sessions. Requests must be submitted in writing, include relevant medical documentation, and be accompanied by a completed and signed exit form for review and approval.
• Payment Policy: All payments for registered players must be made on time. In the event of a failed payment, the contact person for the player will be notified and provided a reasonable timeframe to resolve the payment. If a second payment is missed, a formal written notice will be issued. Failure to resolve payments after a third occurrence will result in the player’s removal from the high-performance camp, with their spot offered to a player on the waiting list.
